These terms govern your purchase and use of the Traditional Chinese Wellness Analysis (“the Report”). By ticking the consent box and completing payment, you agree to them. Please read them — particularly section 3, which explains what the Report is not.
The Report is supplied by an individual sole proprietor established in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“we”, “us”). Contact: qiaoyingfeng1319@gmail.com
You must be at least 18 years old to order. The Report is not designed for children, or for use by anyone who is pregnant, breastfeeding, or managing a diagnosed medical condition, without the involvement of a qualified healthcare professional.
The Report is a cultural and lifestyle document. It is offered for cultural, educational and lifestyle-inspiration purposes only. This report is based on traditional cultural practices (Wu Yun Liu Qi) and is for educational and cultural purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a licensed physician for medical concerns.
It is not medical advice. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or a professional opinion of any kind, and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician or other licensed healthcare professional. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of anything in the Report.
It is not a medical device. It has not been reviewed, cleared or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the European Medicines Agency, the UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency, or any other regulator. Classical Chinese concepts such as constitutional pattern and qi are not recognised diagnostic categories in conventional Western medicine. We make no claim to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or condition.
No professional relationship. Ordering or reading the Report does not create a physician–patient, therapist–client or any other professional relationship.
No guaranteed outcome. The Report is composed from information you supply. Its relevance depends on the accuracy and completeness of that information. Individual circumstances differ, and we make no representation that any particular result, benefit or improvement will be achieved.
Not for emergencies. If you think you may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency number immediately.
Digital product — no physical shipping. The Report is delivered as a PDF by email. Nothing is manufactured, packaged or posted, we do not collect a shipping address, and no delivery charge applies.
14-day refund window. If you are not satisfied, write to qiaoyingfeng1319@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of payment, for any reason, and we will refund the full amount you paid to the original PayPal account. You do not have to justify the request and there is nothing to return.
Non-delivery. If the Report does not arrive, we will resend it, and if we cannot deliver it at all you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the 14-day window.
Your statutory rights. Consumers in the EU and UK normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. This policy gives you at least the same protection without requiring you to waive anything. Nothing in these terms affects any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded in your country of residence.
The full procedure, timings and contact details are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
On payment we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read and keep the Report for your own private use. You may print one copy for yourself. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense or use the Report commercially, or present it as your own work, without our written permission. All text, design and content remain our property.
You agree not to use the Report to provide medical, diagnostic or therapeutic services to any third party, and not to represent it as a clinical assessment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, and for any loss of profit, goodwill or data, arising from your use of or reliance on the Report. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Report is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including failure of payment providers, email providers, hosting, or internet infrastructure.
Our handling of your personal data — including the health-related information in your wellness profile — is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order. Material changes will not apply retroactively to orders already placed.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your own country where the law allows.
Before any formal step, please write to us — most problems are settled in one email: qiaoyingfeng1319@gmail.com
If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force, and the invalid provision is to be read down to the minimum extent necessary rather than struck out entirely.
